Come as you are. Find a way forward.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of your story, and reconnect with yourself, others, and what matters most. I support adults and couples seeking deeper connection in their relationships and lives. Many of my clients appear strong and capable on the outside while struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, grief, addiction, difficult family dynamics, or major life transitions. Whatever your background, relationships, identity, or life experiences, you'll be met with openness, curiosity, and respect. Together, we'll begin with your story and build a path forward.
I have a special passion for helping women rebuild self-trust, self-worth, and confidence, and for helping couples strengthen communication, repair trust, and deepen connection. Drawing from Gottman Method (Level 3), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, Attachment Theory, and mindfulness, I tailor therapy to meet you where you are.
My hope is that you'll leave therapy feeling more connected—to yourself, your relationships, and your life. Healing doesn't happen by becoming someone new—it happens by learning to embrace every part of who you already are. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
